Our checkout system will also give you the option to submit payment through your new or existing PayPal account if you wish. Most in-stock items ordered on-line will ship the next day, although certain situations may require an additional 24 to 48 hours (oversize items, special packaging or handling, etc.) KingFishGear.com will never automatically backorder any out-of-stock item from your order without contacting you first by e-mail for your approval.

Shipping and Handling will be via UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made with us in advance by e-mail or telephone. Shipping and Handling charges will be applied automatically during checkout according to the rates specified below. These rates are valid for the contiguous 48 U.S. states only, and do not include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping and Handling is FREE for all “merchandise” totals of $125 and over, with the exception of “oversize items.” Oversize items, such as rods, are marked as such on our web site in the individual product description and will be charged an additional fee at checkout. Up to four rods may be shipped at the same time for one oversize fee charge. Please note that an oversize fee may be charged for each rod automatically at checkout. This will be adjusted prior to shipping.

We are currently offering Free Shipping and Handling on all fishing reel purchases shipped within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Most in-stock items ordered on-line will ship the next day. The map below will provide you with a good approximation of the number of business days your package will take in transit.

Your complete satisfaction is our objective. If you re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return any new, unused items in the original box within 21 days of the original order for an exchange or refund. In order to receive a refund, the returned merchandise must possess all of the original manufacturer's tags, identification stickers, parts, accessories, owner's manuals, and packaging. Refunds on new, unused items will not include any shipping and handling fees incurred by KingFishGear.com. Please call us, or e-mail us at sales@KingFishGear.com prior to shipping any returns in order to receive a Return Authorization. Special Orders are not returnable.

All returns must be sent by United States Postal Service ( USPS ), as UPS will not deliver to our Post Office Box. Returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please include a copy of our invoice or packing slip.

All of our products are fully inspected by us for defects prior to shipping. However, should an item prove to be defective it shall be returned directly to the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's policy.
